President Dr. Arif Alvi addressed the Book Launching Ceremony at Aiwan-e-Sadr. The book, ‘Baang’ written by Dr. Muhammad Qasim Faktoo, a political Kashmiri prisoner who had been languishing in an Indian jail for the last twenty-nine years.
